Anyone who knows Jon, knows that the word NO is one that is not in his vocabulary. When he was stationed at Range Control on Camp Williams the General was very specific that there would be no fires.. Jon immediately went to work finding solutions to cut down the fire danger by eliminating sources of fuel. He started a plan to bring cattle onto to camp to eat the grass. He was immediately met with resistance. Resistance is nothing new to Jon. Well guess what, it took some work but there are now cattle on camp. The first year was a success and just recently another contact was signed with the Lehi cattlemen association. I have a feeling camp will have cattle for years to come, thanks to Jon's hard work. Lexi and Jon both had the opportunity to go on a cattle drive. Such a fun experience not soon forgotten.
