Today my friend Kim and I took the kids to Lowe's build and grow program. Once a month Lowe's invites kids to a free clinic in their stores to make and work on projects. Each child is given an apron, goggles and a project to work on. Today the kids got to build firetrucks. Lexi and Sam worked together on his and I think he hit poor Lexi's fingers a few times. I helped Olivia, but after the first few nails, she informed me she didn't need any help. Izzy went to town and did a great job by herself. What a fun experience, next month they will be making cute haunted houses.
