Josh just recently turned 11 and it was now time for him to move out of cub scouts and into the boy scouts. Josh worked really hard to earn his arrow of light badge in order to move on. Today was his arrow of light ceremony. It started out with Jon and I getting up and telling a little bit about Josh. He then progressed over a bridge where each of his leaders told of the progress Josh has made through the cub scout program. He started scouts at age 8 and quickly earned his bobcat, from there it was his wolf, bear and weeblos badge. This was the last award he needed to earn. When Josh reached the end the bridge he was meet by the boy scout leader and was welcomed into the boy scout program. I am excited to see where the scouting program takes him.
