The Wellsville Mile is a long standing tradition here and this year Izzy got to participate. Kids from all around the valley come to compete in a one mile run that they practice half the year for. I am so proud of Izzy for running today. I wasn't able to be there to cheer her on, I was patiently waiting for her sister to come out of surgery. I am grateful for good friends who took her siblings down and cheered her on for me and then sent me pictures so I could be a part of it. What a great way to get kids moving.
