The first snow of the season is always exciting and my kids couldn't wait to play in it. They didn't care that it was cold, they played for hours.
Being the mom to a fourteen year old boy is full of surprises. I asked Josh to clear the driveway with the snow blower. He couldn't get it out of the shed, so he decided to mow the snow instead. That is right, he is using the riding lawn mower to clear the driveway.
I love this picture I took of our donkey,Poncho. He was unsure about the snow and decided that hanging out in the barn was were he would stay. I am sure living here in this valley we will have many more days like today!
