Today Izzy lost her first tooth. Okay, well really it was two teeth. As you can see by the picture, it was not a great experience for her. Her permanent teeth were growing in behind her baby teeth, so I had to take her to the dentist to have them pulled. She climbed up in the chair like a big girl and they started her on the laughing gas. Just a short time later Dr. Brown had removed both teeth and she was running around happy as could be. The tears did not start until the laughing gas wore off. She decided right then and there that she no longer liked Dr. Brown even if he was Brooklyn's dad (Brookie is one of her best friends). Lucky for Dr. Brown, her anger quickly disappeared. It also helped that when she woke up the next morning she found $5 dollars under her pillow from the Tooth Fairy. The Tooth Fairy knows how to make everything better.
